Brief

Remitly's first Investor Day needed a presence in Times Square. The brief was a concept, not a design — no boards, no locked direction. Visual direction, element design, and animation were all open.

Approach

Set the visual direction first, then designed the majority of elements from scratch in Figma and brought them into After Effects. Both screens read at a distance and at speed, so the animation had to hold at a glance from street level rather than reward close reading.

Delivery

High-resolution After Effects renders cut to each screen's exact pixel dimensions and playback specs — a tall tower display and a wide marquee band, each with its own pacing.
