Two creative concepts turned into 72+ platform-ready videos across three cut lengths, three aspect ratios, and eight localized markets.

A global user-acquisition campaign that had to run in eight languages without losing its emotional register in any of them. Concept and copy were approved internally by Remitly's creative and legal teams; everything after that was mine to own.
Assets arrived via Figma and came into After Effects through Overlord — a flat FPO plus individual elements so placement could be QC'd against the original design. Music was cut to length first, VO paced against it, titles built, then statics, then imagery, then motion design last. Re-setting every text layer in each market's language and font was the bottleneck, so I wrote an After Effects script that swaps fonts across every selected comp in one pass. Region-specific soundscapes and SFX were applied per market rather than reused.
Frame.io carried every review round: self-review, then creative lead and producer, then legal sign-off. Only after legal cleared the master did the remaining lengths and ratios get built out — which kept versioning work from being redone.
